Note: If you are at special risk - have a family history of prostate cancer or are of African-Caribbean descent, we will test from age 40. We do not encourage men over 80 to be tested, unless clear symptoms are present. For further advice phone 0845 650 2555.
Before you Register for this event please read "The PSA Test" leaflet to understand the pros and cons of a PSA Test, the possible consequences, and to ensure you are comfortable with continuing and prepared for the process should your test result in a recommendation to take further action.
After reading this section please scroll down until you see a list of available times, select a time, scroll down until you see the "Continue Registration" button and click this button. Then complete the form that is displayed. Required fields (with a red asterisk) must be filled to complete the registration.
Single click on the Submit registration button and you will see a Thank You page including a link to Print your ticket and with your unique registration code. Your registration is confirmed at this point. If you can print out the ticket and bring it with you to the Event, it will save you time on arrival as we can check you in faster. If you do not see the Thank you page please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
You will also receive a confirmation email including the link to “print your ticket”. Please check that the email has not been placed in your junk mail folder. If you do not receive it after 24 hours please let us know at email@example.com and we will investigate and re-send the email.
If you need to cancel your registration please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know as soon as possible as we usually have a waiting list.
